Before Order Processing / Delivery
Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been processed or dispatched by contacting our support team.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be initiated and processed within 7–10 business days. A small transaction fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the total refund amount to cover payment processing charges.
Onlinedish.online wants you to be titillated with your new DTH connection/ purchase. However, if you need to cancel/ modify your order, we’re here to help.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when canceling an order you made from the Onlinedish.online
Before delivery/ installation of connection
Cancellation:
A customer can cancel the order anytime before the delivery/ installation of the product by calling our customer care. The order shall be canceled and refund shall be processed within 15 to 20 days. A 20% transaction & cancelation charges shall be deducted from the refund amount. No deliverd remote amount will be not refundable.
If you will book an order with a token amount then the token amount will not be refundable.
After delivery/ installation of connection
Once the hardware is delivered or installed, you enter into an agreement with the respective DTH service provider, in which Onlinedth is not a party. As a standard practice, across all DTH sales agents, no returns are permissible once the hardware is delivered or installed. You are advised to understand the terms and conditions of the respective DTH providers before the installation of DTH.
